As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our experienced team members to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and assist in the development of solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis to understand business processes, systems, and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Support the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate must possess the following skills and experience in the following areas:
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Previous internship or coursework related to business analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, BPMN) is preferred but not required.
